I feel like a bag of rotted out beans. Which is why I've decided to record my health activity.
Today I worked out for 17 minutes, utilizing the Morning Meltdown Program on BeachBody. I'm going to try to obtain a Keto lifestyle, and lose weight in that capacity as well. I need to start planning various meals though. Which reminds me, go through the freezer. After that, buy more goddamn green beans. I missed that in my alfredo I made for the kids last night.
